Most of you know how BIG this is to me, and how emotional these last weeks have been. Yes we have tried multiple times since Damarea to give him a little brother of sister. In those trials, none have lasted past last week.

I was brought to tears when I heard the heartbeat last Friday, and again at first sight of my new baby today! My excitement can be expressed with no other words then “Thank you Lord”

Life is a blessing; ever y day, every breath, every being, don’t take it for granted!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

This was the first year Damarea went door to door trick-or-treating… He sure got the hang of things quickly.

We had so much fun, we went with Ariana and Khy-Khy. Damarea was Buzz Light year, Ari was Dorthy, and Khy was Tinker Bell, aren’t they adorable?

Things were blissful and jolly as they went door to door gathering candy, that is until they came to the first scary house on our rout. The motion censored music, made all of the kids jump, then on the porch were they were handing out candy, was a hanging skeleton with dark red Eyes. Damarea didn’t like him one bit, and didn’t care about getting any candy if he had to go up there by him. LOL It was so cute. From then on Dubby was cautious about every house we approached, he held out hands tight, and let the girls go first.

OK... So Just after posting the poem below this one, I ran accross this poem that lifted my spirits. Still yet my words, just when GOD wanted me to say them.

Never have I known the joys of life until now

Just Rest

Sunday at the Park

As if our weekend wasn’t fun enough, we decided to spend Sunday with our friends Melissa and Ariana.

First they invited us all over for a delicious breakfast. Then that afternoon we met back up at the park and let the kids run. They had fun, and they play so well together.

We love our Friends. And that just put the icing on top of a Great Weekend!

Benicia Came to Visit

Today I am testing myself... We have invited Benicia to spend the day and night with us. We picked her up around 12 then picked up my mom and took a trip to Art Beast. Benicia loved it and Damarea had just as much fun as he did last time... We only stayed an hour, but by that time both mom and I were tired out. We just had to go. I didn't even get that many pictures because the kids were running around so that I couldn't keep up and take pics. Never-the-less we had a blast, and I was so glad she was able to come with us for this.

We dropped Mom off on the way home, from then on it's been two against one. LOL They are adorable all by them selves, but together they are a force to be reckoned with. They have been running the halls like crazy, entertaining themselves, while I put together dinner. Now that we have had dinner, we three have played a few different musical games: Ring-Around-the-Rosie, The Hokie Pokie, and the Itzy Bitzy Spider. Ring-Around-the-Rosie was especially funny after I stepped out, because they didn't figure out that they had to let go of one another before they tried to stand up. They had the hardest time it was hilarious.

Well I should get off the computer because its almost bath time. I will upload and share the pictures I did get Monday or so. My life is so blesses to be filled with little angels like these.

Lots of fun at ART BEAST

Today we had a scheduled play date with a few of my friends at work and their adorable kids... We had a Blast. We all met at this new place called Art Breast. Its located down Town, and its a GREAT place for kids to express themselves. Here is the website:http://artbeaststudio.com/ Check it out!

To say that Damarea had fun is an understatement. Art Beast has Every Room Dedicated to something different for kids. The performance arts area had Musical Instruments, Costumes, Hand puppets, and more. The Art room has an area for Paining, Crafting, Drawing, Clay, Sand sculpting, and so much more.Then the out Doors area had, had a musical Area with Pots, pans, and tin cans for kids to beat on; as well as an area with Water, Sand, Rocks, Funnels, and strainers to play with.

There were so many different area for kids to just explore and have fun. We will definitely go again. We should plan another play day with our usual play date group so that we can all go there again and have lots of fun...

What a Nice Long Weekend

Labor Day Weekend, Friday - Monday.

This has been a wonderful weekend with my Boys...

Friday was one on one Me and Damarea. We played all day, and met uncle Brad for a nice lunch. I am starting to like these Fridays off, even though working 10 hours days is hard to get used to.

Saturday was a good day! Damon and I got some quality time in the morning. We all went to Grandpa Charles House for an early Labor Day BBQ; It was a nice relaxing setting, good food and good company. It was yummy, yummy, yummy.

Now it's Sunday, and we get to see out long lost friends (Melissa and Arianna) Melissa invited us over for a BBQ, woo hoo... It has been so long since we have had any type of play date with them. Arianna and Damarea have both grown so much. I am super excited.

And Tomorrow we go to Grandma Lois's for a Baby powwow! we are driving down to the bay to play with all the cousins, and relax at Grandma's house. Damon and I will be coming back lonely... Yes Damarea will be staying at his Grandma for the entire week... He is going to come back spoiled. But that's OK, he deserves to get spoiled once in a while. I just hope he takes it easy on her.

See doesn't this sound like a Blessing of a weekend? Any time I am surrounded by the beautiful people that I Love, I am blessed. But 4 days in a row. Lucky Me.

Holidays All Ready????

I am usualy the first to get excited when people start talking holidays. It's my favorite time of year... but as the talking begins, I start thinking "NO! Not yet!"

Time is just going too fast, every year its faster.

The stores are already stocked with Halloween decore and candy. My family is coordinating the Thanksgiving Menu, and I have started looking into the Secret Santa Gift Exchange for Christmas. These things are going to be right around the corner.

~Here we go~

But since it is comming lets get prepared... Damarea is 2 this year, and while thats still young he is so much more aware of whats going on. We are going to go Santa all the way this year. He has 2 or 3 books and movies about Santa, but we will really start introducing that to him in November.

I will have to really deck the halls, and get some new fun decorations. (ok... Maybe I am getting excited too) What did I expect? It is my favorit time of year.

Just Hanging Out

Well I am just hanging out, letting Damarea run out the rest of his energy. We have about another 20-30 minutes till Daddy Damon gets home; The Day is ALMOST Over!

These 10 hour shifts at work are kicking my butt, but home life is wonderful...
This past weekend, Doris, Starr, Ruth, and Great Grandpa came to visit. We had a nice family brunch, let the kids run around and just relaxed.

Amara-Starr is becoming such a big girl, and she loves the babies so.

LIFE IS GOOD

Thank GOD For Grandsons… (Right Dad???)

Well here is a story for all of those laid back grandparents, who feel like you should just let your grandchild do WHATEVER they want… (LOL)

This is the story as I understand it....

Yesterday, Grandpa Charles was watching Damarea.
He laid Damarea down to change his diaper. He took the diaper off, wiped Damarea’s butt, and before he could put the diaper back on… Damarea jumped up and ran off!

Grandpa Charles wasn’t worried… He figured, that Damarea would slow down sooner or later to get a diaper on.

A few minutes later, Damarea comes back to Grandpa Charles, saying “Ewww!” and “Yucky” holding his hands out.

Grandpa Charles first thought was, “Where did he get all that chocolate?” his second thought was “Oh $%iT!... Thats not chocolate it's poop”

Grandpa Charles had a nice mess to clean up, and a lesson worth a million diapers.
Damon and I on the other hand had a great laugh, (LOL)

21 Days Later

Well it's odvius that I am not going to be making posts everyday or even every week, but when I do make posts they will be larger with more information

Visits From my BESTIES...

Quanita was stopping by almost everyday while she was in town; to just kick it, and play with Dubby:

They turned out wonderful; My Girls are Beautifull, inside and out. I LOVE YOU BOTH!

We Tried twice to have a Girlz Night, but the stars were not allined in our favor. The first time was tried, the guest list we were on had a line too long, and the crowd wasn't exactly where wanted to be. So... "SLEEPY ME" suggest that we go home and to bed. (Sorry I am the party Pooper)

But the second time we tried, Q was already gone. But Danielle, Jazmin, Naquella and I actualy mad it in the club. We drank, we danced, and had some fun... Then once again our luck ran short when my head started to pound in sequence with the music and lights, I had to cut out early. but I stayed long enough to get in a few good pics. See:

So You Think You Can Dance!

This was the first year that I actualy watched this show. Not only did i really get into it, but Damarea too... He was tring to dance with the contestances, and would insist that we all clap at the end of the dance segment. Too cute for words. Although it is dark I did get one or two good clip, check it out:

We traveled out to Yua this past Saturday for BBQ, Cake, and Fun. Oh Boy did we get our fare share. Sorry No Pictures for this Red carpet event.

Sunday was a relaxing day.

I cleaned house,

twisted Damon’s hair,

cooked and played with Damarea.

Quanita made it by,

her and Dubby shot some hoops.

~He won, But what did you expect? LOL.

It is great to have my girl in town,

but although I miss her all the time,

I am so proud of her accomplishments.

Can wait for Danielle to get her but back too.

We all need to do something together

while we can. Time is so precious,

and who knows when we will have

another opportunity together.

I say this was another successful weekend,

HAPPY SATURDAY!!

My weekend is going great. Friday we had a nice dinner at my dads House for Tommie's 22nd birthday. I got to see my sweet baby niece Janelle, she is simply precious, and it was so cute the way her and Damarea play and interact with each other.

It was so funny: Every time I would tell Dubby "NO" or take something from him. Janelle would start giving me bad looks, as if she were upset with me for disciplining Damarea. LOL! It was so cute.

I wish Dubby got to see and play with her more. I will have to put forth better effort for him to see Janelle and play with her more. Not to mention, Benicia and Arianna too.

Today, Damon and I actually had enough time to ourselves to watch a movie, and relax. Damarea let me twist his hair. Damon is BBQing, and I think Quanita is going to visit with us today.

And we get to do it again tomorrow.

Family is My Everthing

What a day. I was tested in every way.



It is so nice to be sitting at home relaxing. Damarea is watching Toy Story, and about to get in the bath, Damon is running errands and I am just RELAXING. Not thinking of anything else but What A Blessing Of Life That I Am Living.



Times are hard for everyone, my family is no different. We are surviving no different then the rest. But we are loving each other, and living our every minute like the blessing it is. Our energy is too value to be spent on Stresses of Society, when it could be put towards precious moments with my beautiful son.. Family is my everything.



I am in no way saying that i don't make care and planning for my family a top Priority. But Quality Time (QT) is always #1.

Hello All~

I have thought how I should even begin my blog and I think that today is as best a place to start as any...

Today was a hot yet beautiful Summer day, and I am spending the late afternoon with my boys.

Who couldn’t love these too?

Although life is rocky right now I know I am right where GOD wants me to be. Life is full of daily Blessings, and I am going to start paying more attention to them.

This is going to conclude my first log entry. Damarea is looking for someone to chase him around the house, and that sound like a great idea.
